This is the star of my breakfast parfait every morning. It is the perfect sweetness, with the perfect amount of coconut, nuts, and oats. I will be a repeat customer for life. I also received a sample of a potential new flavor granola with dark chocolate and it was delicious with vanilla bean yogurt and banana.

I grew up in a small farming village in Thailand, where we ate what we grew, shared what we had, and gathered around food that was simple, fresh, and delicious. When I started baking granola, I returned to the values I grew up with - thoughtful preparation and clean ingredients you can taste and feel. Baked by Noon is more than just granola. It's my story and I share it with love and gratitude.
