Meet Noon

I'm thrilled to share the story behind my granola company, Baked by Noon. Growing up in a mountain village in Northern Thailand, my upbringing was rooted in the richness of hospitality, community, and the joy of shared meals. My journey led me to the United States where I initially worked as a nanny. Life then took an unexpected turn during a conversation with my partner who loves to snack on granola but was turned off by the overly sweet, loosely formed and underwhelming options on store shelves. Making a better granola seemed like a fun challenge to take on, so I did! Through a process of trial and error, coupled with patience and persistence, I crafted a clustery, nourishing and tasty granola and shared samples with friends and at pop-up markets. Everyone loved it! I was inspired to then turn my newfound passion into an artisanal business. Baked by Noon has now evolved to be more than a business—it's a testament to what happens when passion meets ambition, which for me, embodies the American dream.
